Greetings from Gulmohar Greens Golf & Country Club Ltd. We are looking for an experienced Landscape Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day landscaping and gardening operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise gardeners and allocate daily work.
- Maintain lawns, plants, trees, shrubs, and flower beds.
- Manage watering, irrigation, pruning, trimming, mowing, fertilization, and pest control.
- Monitor plant health and take corrective action when required.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of landscaped areas.
- Manage gardening tools, equipment, fertilizers, and materials.
- Maintain staff attendance and work records.
- Support plantation, seasonal gardening, and landscape improvement activities.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant landscaping/horticulture experience.
- Knowledge of plants, gardening, irrigation, fertilizers, and pest control.
- Robust team-handling and supervisory skills.
- Diploma/Degree in Horticulture/Agriculture will be an advantage.
