About the Role

LeadingReach is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead complex, bespoke healthcare integration programs from scoping through post-launch support. You will be the central point of contact across clients, EMR vendors, health-system IT teams and internal product/engineering stakeholders, with direct ownership of scope, timelines, risks and go-live readiness.

What You Will Do

- Define scope, objectives, milestones and delivery plans for bespoke Quality Bundle and EMR integration initiatives.
- Gather and document clinical, operational and technical requirements, workflows and data-exchange specifications.
- Coordinate clients, EMR vendors, health-system IT teams and internal product/engineering teams.
- Track technical issues, bugs, dependencies and blockers through resolution.
- Own go-live planning, including UAT, cutover, production validation and post-launch monitoring.
- Run stakeholder check-ins, report status and proactively manage risks across concurrent projects.
- Transition reliable integrations to support teams with complete documentation and context.

What You Bring

- Total of 7+ years of experience and 3-5+ years in project management, technical implementation or a related role.
- Hands-on healthcare integration experience and strong exposure to EMR/EHR platforms.




- Specific working proficiency with Athena and Epic; exposure to eCW, Veradigm or Cerner is valuable.
- Experience navigating healthcare and insurance portals.
- Strong stakeholder management, organization, reporting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex client projects and work 6:30 PM-3:30 AM IST.

Good to Have

- HIPAA-aware healthcare process experience.
- Experience delivering bespoke client implementations rather than only standardized rollouts.
- Experience with Jira, issue tracking, CI/CD or technical delivery workflows.
