Role & responsibilities

- Operate and monitor Injection Stretch Blow Moulding (ISBM) machines.
- Handle double-stage injection stretch blow moulding processes.
- Set and monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and cycle time.
- Monitor production output and ensure products meet required quality standards.
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and identify process abnormalities.
- Conduct visual inspection of bottles/containers for defects such as deformation, black spots, uneven thickness, leakage, etc.
- Maintain proper production records, shift reports, and rejection/rework data.
- Follow 5S, safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance and Quality teams for machine/process-related issues.




- Ensure smooth operation of the machine and minimize downtime.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in Injection Stretch Blow Moulding (ISBM).
- Robust knowledge of Double Stage Blow Moulding.
- Knowledge of machine operation, parameter setting, and process control.
- Basic knowledge of mould change/changeover will be preferred.
- Ability to identify common blow moulding defects and take corrective action.
- Knowledge of production and quality standards.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
