Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain Java-based applications for various clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, scalability, and security.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices throughout the development process.

Job Requirements :

7+ years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) consulting, implementation, or support. Strong experience implementing and supporting enterprise identity governance solutions. 5+ years of Java development experience focused on backend development and system integrations. Deep understanding of identity and access management concepts, including RBAC, user lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, entitlement management, and governance controls. Experience working with Identity Governance platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity,



or similar solutions. Strong experience integrating identity solutions with enterprise applications, directories, databases, and cloud platforms. Proficiency in Java development, including frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and J2EE. Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP/REST web services, and third-party system integrations. Strong knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, IAM protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment. Experience working in Agile development environments.
