Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver effective safety training programs for employees on HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment), PDMS (Process Design Management System), and other industrial safety procedures.
- Coordinate mock drills and emergency response planning to ensure preparedness in case of unexpected events.
- Collaborate with management to develop policies, procedures, and protocols that promote a safe working environment.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) or related field.
- Robust understanding of industrial safety principles, including HIRA/PDMS practices.
- Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for delivering engaging safety trainings.
