Job Description - Accounting - Finance Closure and R2R Process.

We are looking for an experienced accounting professional with 4+ years of experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) and financial close processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in general ledger accounting, month-end/year-end closure activities, financial reporting, expertise in preparing financial statements in compliance with IND-AS and GAAP requirements and hands-on experience working with SAP ERP in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities -

- Execute end-to-end R2R activities, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes within defined timelines.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure resolution of outstanding items.
- Prepare standalone financial statements, schedules, and notes to accounts.




- Prepare and analyze financial reports, variance analysis, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, auditors, and stakeholders for financial reporting and audit requirements.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within SAP ERP.

Required Experience -

- 4+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Close, and R2R processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (FI/CO preferred).
- Strong understanding of General Ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Experience in preparing financial statements and notes to accounts.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, IND-AS, and GAAP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
