Job Summary:

We are looking for an MBD Controls Development Engineer with hands-on experience in MATLAB and Simulink-based Model-Based Development. The candidate will be responsible for developing control algorithms, system modelling, simulation, validation and testing using Model-Based Design methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement control algorithms using MATLAB and Simulink.
• Develop energetic system models using MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow and Simscape.
• Develop and integrate custom S-Functions for existing C/C++ algorithms.
• Perform algorithm equivalence testing for legacy C/C++ code migration.
• Develop control strategies for HVAC, power electronics, refrigeration and other complex systems.
• Perform MIL,



SIL and HIL simulation and validation.
• Prepare regression test cases and define pass/fail criteria.
• Develop and execute automated test procedures.
• Troubleshoot control models and algorithm-related issues.
• Develop proof-of-concept models for advanced control methodologies.
• Collaborate with software, validation, systems and domain engineering teams.
• Prepare technical documentation, test reports and presentations.
