Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage budgets for various projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial goals.
- Analyze project financials to identify areas of improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and timelines.
- Provide strategic guidance on budgeting best practices to ensure compliance with company policies.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in accounting or finance role, preferably in the engineering & construction industry.
- Solid understanding of budgeting principles, including forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports using tools such as Excel or specialized software (e.g., Oracle).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
