1. Possess deep knowledge of enterprise business processes with exposure across all functional areas.
2. Have a strong understanding of the standard business processes embedded within IBM AS400 and be capable of mapping and designing the current-state (AS-IS) processes in SAP S/4HANA.
3. Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrate solid self-motivation, and proactively drive business outcomes and transformation initiatives.
4. Collaborate with business and functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend SAP S/4HANA best practices.
