Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily CNC production against planned targets.
- Manage and supervise shop-floor activities across shifts.
- Coordinate manpower allocation and machine loading.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly production reports and MIS.
- Analyse production performance, downtime, rejection and productivity.
- Track machine utilization and identify production bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Planning teams.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and process requirements.
- Monitor rejection/rework and support corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate production records and communicate deviations to management.
- Lead and supervise operators/workers on the shop floor.

Candidate Requirements





- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing or relevant discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience in CNC / machine shop manufacturing.
- Minimum 23 years of supervisory/shop-floor handling experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of CNC production processes.
- Experience in production monitoring, MIS and reporting.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to analyse production data and identify bottlenecks.
- Strong manpower and shop-floor management skills.
