- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 8-25 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, with significant experience managing large territories/regions/Internaltional.
- Preferably from electrical panels, modular enclosures, switchgear, automation, power distribution, industrial electrical products or allied industries.
- Proven experience in managing multiple territories / regions and sales teams.
- Experience working with OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, panel builders, system integrators and channel partners.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving significant revenue growth and managing large business portfolios.
- Experience in building markets and developing recent territories will be strongly preferred.
