WALK-IN INTERVIEW DISPATCH EXECUTIVE

Poly Medicure Limited is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Dispatch Executive at our Faridabad Plant.

Position Details

- Position: Dispatch Executive
- Job Location: Faridabad
- Work Mode: In Office
- Salary: Up to 3.5 LPA (CTC)
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Job Type: Standing Job The role requires regular movement and working on the shop floor/dispatch area.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle E-Way Bill generation, shipment invoicing, and dispatch documentation.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement, loading, and timely dispatch of materials.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time deliveries to customers.
- Ensure smooth physical movement of finished goods from the plant to customers and distribution centers.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documents such as invoices, packing lists, LR (Lorry Receipt), delivery challans, and transporter records.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Logistics, and Sales teams for seamless dispatch planning.
- Maintain dispatch records in ERP/SAP and ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, statutory requirements, and company SOPs.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and coordinate with transporters for timely delivery updates.




- Perform POTE (Practical On-the-Job/Operational) activities related to dispatch operations as required.
- The position involves standing, walking, and regular physical movement within the plant/dispatch area.

Preferred Skills & Experience

- Experience in Dispatch, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations.
- Prior experience in PORT/standing job roles or manufacturing/plant operations will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of E-Way Bills, GST documentation, and shipment invoicing.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.
- Candidates should be comfortable with a standing job and regular movement within the plant.
