Salary will depend on candidate experience and suitability for the role.

Job Responsibilities

- 100% field-based sales role involving regular customer visits.
- Generate leads through field visits and connect with potential customers.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their insurance requirements.
- Recommend suitable insurance products based on customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide appropriate assistance.




- Develop business through referrals and new customer acquisition.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
- Candidates comfortable with extensive field work are preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
