Role & responsibilities

- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System in compliance with AS9100 Rev D, ISO 9001, and aerospace customer requirements.
- Plan and conduct internal process, product, and system audits.
- Facilitate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and effectiveness verification.
- Monitor quality objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and process performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and support risk management activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and other quality tools.
- Train employees on QMS procedures, quality requirements, and audit readiness.
- Support supplier quality management and supplier audit activities when required.




- Participate in management review meetings and prepare quality performance reports.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and program management teams to improve process effectiveness
