Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement academic programs for finance and accounting courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Conduct research in areas of specialization such as financial markets, corporate finance, or taxation to contribute to the growth of knowledge in the field.
- Teach, mentor, and supervise students on various aspects of finance and accounting principles.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop curriculum materials and assess student performance.

Job Requirements :

- PHD in Finance or Accounting from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 12-20 years of experience in academia or industry with a robust background in finance or accounting.
- Must have department handling experience and team handling experience.
- Proven track record of publishing research papers in peer-reviewed journals or presenting at conferences.
- Excellent teaching skills with ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
