Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT/Non-IT roles, including sourcing candidates through various channels.

- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment with client requirements.

- Coordinate onboarding process for new hires and ensure timely joining.

- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and offer extensions.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-5 years of experience in recruitment or related field (BPO/Call Centre).

- Strong understanding of domestic voice processes (customer service/support).

- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.

- Proficiency in using technology-based tools for scheduling interviews/assessments.
