Key Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience working on large-scale systems or services.
- Solid expertise using Node.js (TypeScript) to build backend services and create and maintain public or internal APIs.
- Production experience building fullstack applications with React component architecture, state management, rendering performance, and modern tooling.
- Deep experience with PostgreSQL schema design, query optimization, indexing strategies, and migrations.
- Production experience with MongoDB document modeling, aggregation pipelines, and scaling patterns.
- Hands-on experience designing and tuning caching layers (Redis) cache invalidation strategies, write-through/write-behind patterns, and TTL management.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve performance problems using profiling tools, APM instrumentation,



load testing, and capacity planning.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and cloud environments; AWS and/or Azure experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated interest in mentoring and helping teammates grow.
