Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service through voice support to clients across various industries.

- Handle international calls, emails, and chats with empathy and resolve customer queries efficiently.

- Work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre workplace or related field (customer care, customer service).

- Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).

- Ability to work on international call center operations (voice processing) with minimal supervision.

- Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex customer issues effectively.
