We are hiring a Plant Head for a leading Manufacturing Company based in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
Experience Required: 15 to 30 years
CTC: 50 to 60LPA (Fixed)
Experience in Automotive companies will be preferred.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in Production Management
- Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in Industrial Engineering
- Proven experience in managing large-scale manufacturing operations
- Experience handling a workforce of approximately 1,500+ manpower
- Robust leadership, team management, productivity, and operational excellence skills
