Small french technical company with a staff of seven, specializing in engraving. We market our products across 20 countries in Europe, North America, and Africa.

Our plan is to set up a workshop in India to distribute our products to the sub-continent.

The selected candidate must have a technical background and be capable of operating milling machines independently. We will provide training on our methods and techniques in France for a period of 2 to 3 months.

After three years of working together as an employee succesfully, the individual will become a partner in the dedicated company we intend to establish for the Indian market.

As we are French, we would prefer a location near Pondicherry.

Key skills sought:

• Proficiency in operating milling machines/CNC machines (precision machining)




• Technical aptitude for working with metals (brass, steel, stainless steel) knowledge of EDM and heat treatment is a plus
• Rigor, attention to detail and quality on premium products, strong customer service skills
• Autonomy and reliability (the workshop will operate with remote management/support from France)
• Skilled English; French would be an asset
• Entrepreneurial drive: the position leads to a partnership

Profile: Mechanical/machining technician, willing to undergo 2 to 3 months of training in France and commit to a long-term project.
