Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Junior Full Stack Developer
(Python) to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for developers who enjoy
solving real-world business problems, learning modern technologies, and working on
scalable web applications.
You will work closely with senior developers, architects, QA engineers, UI/UX designers,
and business analysts to build secure, high-quality software products while continuously
enhancing your technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
Backend Development
Develop backend applications and REST APIs using Python, Django,
and/or FastAPI.
Build reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Integrate applications with databases, third-party APIs, and internal services.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
Frontend Development
Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React (preferred), Angular,
or Vue.js.
Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality frontend components.
Optimize applications for performance and usability across devices.




Database Development
Work with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL databases.
Write optimized SQL queries and maintain database integrity.
Assist in database migrations and schema updates.
Software Development
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Develop new features and enhance existing applications.
Write unit tests and support integration testing.
Fix bugs identified during QA and production.
Collaboration
Work closely with Business Analysts and Project Coordinators to understand
business requirements.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and
retrospectives.
Contribute ideas to improve products, processes, and code quality.
Documentation
Maintain technical documentation for developed modules.
Document APIs and integration points.
Prepare release notes where required.

Remote Working Expectations
This is primarily a Work From Home (WFH) role. To ensure effective collaboration,
team bonding, and knowledge sharing:
Employees must report to the office for a minimum of four (4) working days
every calendar month.
Office visit schedules will be planned in advance by the reporting manager.
Additional office visits may be required for project kick-offs, customer meetings,
training sessions, workshops, or business-critical activities.
Candidates must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated
workspace suitable for professional remote work.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or
a related discipline.
13 years of hands-on experience in Python full stack development.
Freshers with exceptional project portfolios, internships, or strong open-source
contributions may also be considered.
