Job DescriptionRole: Senior Workday Total Rewards Support Consultant Experience: 6–10+ Years Locations: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Noida Work Model: Work from Office – 5 Days a Week – 1 to 10PM IST Engagement: Application Management Services (AMS) Required Skills & Experience 6–10+ years of HRIS, HR Operations, or Workday experience with 4+ years of hands-on Workday Total Rewards experience. Strong functional expertise in Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits. Hands-on experience supporting Workday production environments / AMS engagements. Strong experience supporting annual compensation cycles, merit increases, bonus planning, stock awards, incentive programs, and salary review processes. Experience configuring and maintaining compensation plans, eligibility rules, compensation grades, compensation packages, and reward programs. Solid experience with Workday Benefits, including benefit plans, eligibility rules, enrolment events, life events, and benefit calculations. Experience troubleshooting compensation and benefits issues, enrolment discrepancies,



and business-critical production issues. Experience supporting global Total Rewards processes in large or multinational organizations. Good understanding of Workday Absence Management, Core HCM, and Security fundamentals. Experience developing and maintaining Workday reports and dashboards for Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and HR operations. Experience supporting ad hoc reporting and data requests from HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, and business leadership. Experience evaluating Workday bi-annual releases, identifying impacts, and supporting regression testing, UAT, and release validation. Strong experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis, User Support, Testing, Documentation, and Knowledge Management. Experience supporting production incidents and business-critical issues, including RCA and permanent resolution. Familiarity with Workday Payroll and
