Role Description The Field Services Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi, responsible for installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Vsole Solar inverter systems at customer locations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting diagnostic checks, troubleshooting technical issues, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and safety. The role involves providing technical support, training end users and local partners,



and documenting service activities, reports, and recommendations. The Field Services Engineer will collaborate closely with internal engineering and customer service teams to resolve complex issues, improve service processes, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Field Service skills, including on-site installation, commissioning, and system verification.
Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions.
