Role Description The Assistant Manager - Stores (Wiring Harness) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. The role involves overseeing day-to-day store operations for wiring harness materials,



including inventory management, material receipt and issuance, and documentation compliance. The Assistant Manager ensures accurate stock levels, coordinates with production, procurement, and quality teams, and supports timely availability of materials for manufacturing. Responsibilities include implementing store management best practices, monitoring safety and housekeeping standards, and supporting loss prevention measures. The role also requires maintaining system records, preparing regular reports, and contributing to continuous improvement in store processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Robust customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service capabilities to support internal and external stakeholders.
Effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and prepare clear documentation and reports.
