Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert to work on a contract basis. The position is listed as a remote, work‑from‑anywhere opportunity. The role focuses on aligning sales, revenue, and customer‑success processes to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, document, and maintain end‑to‑end sales operations workflows that support the revenue generation cycle.
• Build and manage revenue reporting dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with customer‑success teams to align renewal and upsell processes with overall revenue targets.
• Identify process bottlenecks across sales, billing, and CS functions and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Support contract administration and commission calculations, verifying compliance with agreed terms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales operations,



revenue management, or customer‑success operations, with a track record of optimizing workflows.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and visualization tools.
• Ability to create and maintain reporting mechanisms that translate raw data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and revenue‑recognition systems, ensuring seamless data flow between sales and CS functions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across cross‑functional teams and convey operational recommendations clearly.
