About The Role

The position of Intern – AI & HR Process Transformation offers an exciting prospect for recent graduates or final-year students to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving field of HR technology and AI-driven process transformation. The intern will support the company's initiatives to integrate advanced AI solutions into HR functions,



including recruitment, employee experience, payroll, learning, benefits, and attendance management. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and business process acumen to identify automation opportunities and develop innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze existing HR workflows, identify pain points, and evaluate suitable technological approaches such as RPA, AI agents, Generative AI, chatbots, and machine learning models.
