About the Role
Uniglent International Education is looking for a Business Development Associate (Telecaller) to join our growing team in Kochi.
The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their study-abroad requirements, following up on leads, and generating admission opportunities for our counselling team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on leads.
Understand students’ academic and study-abroad requirements.
Provide basic information about courses, universities, and admission opportunities.
Identify students interested in taking admission and transfer them to the counselling team.
Update lead status and call details accurately in the CRM.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective students.
Achieve daily calling and lead-generation targets.




Coordinate with the counselling team for effective lead conversion.

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Languages Required/Preferred: Malayalam, English & Hindi.
Confident and comfortable communicating with students over the phone.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
Experience in telecalling, sales, business development, education consultancy, or customer service is preferred.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
