Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and self-driven Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our global ServiceNow Platform team.
The successful candidate will independently drive the design, development, integration, and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions with minimal supervision. The role involves close collaboration with architects,



business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and support teams across multiple geographies.
The ideal candidate should have deep ServiceNow platform expertise, robust technical leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
You will also act as a technical lead for strategic platform initiatives, establish development best practices, and mentor junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
Act as the primary technical lead for complex ServiceNow enhancements and transformation initiatives.
Define development standards, best practices, and code quality guidelines.
Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of the ServiceNow platform team.
