The Role

This role is primarily about owning our social media presence — taking it from scattered and inconsistent to steady, on-brand, and actually working. We've been building automation and workflows behind the scenes, and we need someone hands-on to run point on execution: turning plans into posts, keeping the voice consistent, and making sure our presence never goes quiet.
The remaining part of the role is classic EA support - appointments, follow-ups, and keeping the small but significant things from slipping through the cracks.
We're especially looking for candidates who bring a real background in social media and, ideally, some familiarity with real estate.





What You'll Own

Social Media & Brand Presence (~70%)

Own content creation and posting across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram - writing captions, selecting or creating visuals, and posting consistently in our brand voice

Take existing plans, drafts, and workflows and actually execute them - where automation has fallen short, you're the one closing the gap

Keep every platform active and on-brand, even when priorities shift elsewhere in the business

Track engagement and flag what's working so we can double down on it

Executive Assistant Support (~30%)

Manage appointments and calendars

Handle basic client emailing and follow-up where I can't get to it myself

Keep small but important tasks from falling through the cracks
What We Need From You

Real, demonstrated social media experience is essential - you understand content strategy, what drives engagement, current platform trend
