At MindHope, we’re looking for an experienced mental health professional who can provide empathetic, ethical, and evidence-informed counselling to clients across different backgrounds.

Requirements
Psychologist / Counsellor
5+ years of counselling experience
Strong experience in couples & relationship counselling
Excellent communication in Kannada, English & Hindi
RCI Registration or MPhil in Clinical Psychology preferred
Comfortable offering late consultation slots
Robust ability to work with clients remotely

Strong experience handling
Couples & relationship challenges
Communication and conflict-related concerns
Personal and intimacy-related concerns
Anxiety & stress-related concerns
Self-esteem and emotional well-being
Mild to moderate clinical cases

Compensation
Commission-based model
40%–70% revenue share, depending on qualifications, experience, expertise, and interview performance
