About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle CPQ Business Analyst (Functional) to join our dynamic team at Tata Consultancy Services. This role is pivotal in implementing and optimizing Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions to streamline our clients' quote-to-cash processes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle CPQ functionalities, business process mapping, and integration with various CRM and ERP systems.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years and up to 15 years of experience in business analysis, with specific expertise in Oracle CPQ Cloud implementations. Relevant certifications such as Oracle CPQ Cloud certification or other business analyst/functional consulting credentials are highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, quick-paced environment. Experience working with CRM/ERP ecosystems like Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Fusion, or Microsoft Dynamics is essential.
