About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter / Non-IT Recruiter to join our expanding team at ConvexTech Inc. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience in recruitment, demonstrating proficiency in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across IT and non-IT domains. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced setting,



develop your recruitment skills, and contribute to the growth of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and achieving placement targets.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1+ years of experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
Proven knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools, including ATS/CRM systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of hiring processes, market trends, and industry best practices.
