Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Assist customers with banking-related queries and requests.
Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Eligibility
Fresh graduates from any recognized discipline.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Comfortable working in a voice-based process.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
