Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager at WAF India. The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities, develop and execute sales strategies, and manage key customer accounts in the lubricant and industrial fluids market. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting trials, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams on demand forecasts, product positioning,



and service quality, while tracking sales performance and reporting regularly to leadership. The Sales Manager is expected to maintain strong customer relationships, stay informed about industry trends, and drive revenue growth in assigned territories.
Qualifications
B.Tech in mechanical/chemical enginering.
Exp 3-5 years

Candidate with Industrial Lubricant background only will be considered.
Robust sales, account management, and business development skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Experience in industrial products, lubricants, or related technical sales, with the ability to understand and explain product benefits.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including the ability to interact with clients remotely.
Solid analytical and planning abilities, including pipeline management, forecasting, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
