Lawmen & White (L&&W;) is a full-service law firm headquartered in Defence Colony, New Delhi, with a pan-India presence. The firm specializes in Supreme Court litigation and frequently practices before major appellate forums in New Delhi, including NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC and others. L&W; plays an integral role in strategizing and overseeing high stakes litigation and arbitrations across India.

Who We Are Looking For
We are particularly interested in candidates with substantial experience in Criminal litigation and Trial Court practice. Applicants should possess:
· Practical experience in handling criminal matters before Trial Courts.
· Sound knowledge of criminal law, procedure and court processes.
· Experience in bail applications, criminal complaints, discharge applications, revisions, appeals and other criminal proceedings.
· Familiarity with conducting trials, including examination and cross-examination of witnesses.
· Experience in drafting pleadings, applications, written submissions and case notes.
· Strong command over filing procedures and procedural compliance.
· Ability to independently manage matters and appear before courts.
· Sound judgment and the confidence to express independent legal views.
· Ability to work across commercial litigation, arbitration and other areas of law.
Key Responsibilities
· Independently handling criminal and other litigation matters before Trial Courts.
