Role Description The Head of Sales and Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for leading revenue growth and strategic market expansion for Climeto. This role oversees the sales function, including setting sales targets, managing pipelines,



and driving new business across carbon credits, plastic credits, EPR credits, and related sustainability services. The position includes developing and executing go-to-market strategies, building and maintaining key client relationships, and identifying partnership opportunities with private and public sector organizations. The Head of Sales and Business Development will collaborate with consulting and operations teams to align solutions with client needs, prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and ensure high-quality account management and customer service. Day-to-day activities include supervising the sales team, monitoring performance metrics, providing coaching, and representing Climeto at industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications
Robust Sales and Sales Management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
