About the role:
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Subject Matter Expert to join our team in a high-impact, strategic capacity. This is not just a technical delivery role; it is a leadership-track position designed for a visionary professional who can bridge the gap between complex logistics technology and business transformation.
As a Subject Matter Expert with over a decade of experience, you will lead end-to-end OTM implementations, manage high-performing technical teams, and serve as the primary strategic advisor for our global clients.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Leadership: Transition into a pivotal leadership role, overseeing the OTM practice and aligning technical delivery with long-term business goals.
Client Advisory: Act as the face of the organization for tier-one clients, translating complex logistics requirements into scalable OTM solutions.
Solution Architecture: Lead the design and configuration of OTM modules, including Order Management, Shipment Management, Financials, and GTM (Global Trade Management) integration.
Team Management:
Mentor and lead a team of consultants and developers, ensuring excellence in delivery and fostering qualified growth within the recruitment and technical pods.
Business Transformation: Drive "impactful" change by identifying process improvements in freight settlement, carrier management, and multi-modal routing for global supply chains.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executive leadership to define roadmap strategies and contribute to employer branding efforts by showcasing our technical prowess.
On your first day, we’ll expect you to have:
Experience: 10+ years of deep functional and technical experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field.
SME Status: Proven track record of at least 3-4 full-cycle OTM implementations at a global scale.
