We're looking for a sharp, curious mind who's ready to turn that instinct into a career. You'll get hands-on with ad creatives, social media and influencer marketing, and learn — in real time — how a single creative decision can make or break performance. This is a great fit for recent graduates or anyone with up to a year of experience who's hungry to learn fast and think even faster.

What you'll actually be doing

Digging into brands, audiences, competitors and content trends before anyone asks you to
Coming up with ideas for performance marketing creatives that don't feel like "ads"
Writing copy, hooks,



scripts and creative briefs that make people stop and look
Scouting the right influencers and helping manage outreach and coordination
Building content and visual references using Canva and AI tools
Reviewing what worked, what flopped, and why, then doing it better next time
Working closely with the creative and performance marketing teams to bring ideas to life

What we're looking for

A completed degree in fashion, design, communication, marketing or something related
0–1 year of experience. we care more about your thinking than your resume
A real feel for social media trends and visual aesthetics
Genuine interest in advertising, content and influencer marketing (not just "marketing" in general)
The ability to think creatively and say it simply
Basic comfort with Canva and AI tools
Willingness to sit with numbers and let data sharpen your instincts, not replace them
Organised, proactive, and always up for learning something recent
