Role Description The Sales cum Service Engineer (Laboratory Equipments) role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru / Ghaziabad. The role involves visiting customer sites to install, commission, and maintain laboratory equipment,



while providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. The engineer will conduct preventive maintenance, perform repair work, and ensure that instruments operate according to specifications. In addition to service activities, the role includes supporting sales efforts by demonstrating equipment, explaining technical features, assisting in product selection, and building long-term customer relationships. The position requires preparing service reports, coordinating with internal teams for spare parts and logistics, and maintaining clear communication with customers regarding service schedules and equipment status.

Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, calibrate, and validate laboratory equipments at customer sites
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs—minimizing equipment downtime
