The Role
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist
This is not a brand or content role. This is a pure performance role. Your job is to generate the maximum number of qualified, site-visit-ready leads at the lowest possible cost per lead — consistently, week on week.
You will own Meta Ads and Google Ads end to end. You will work directly with the sales team to understand lead quality, adjust targeting, and close the loop between a rupee spent and a site visit booked.
What You Will Own
Full end-to-end management of Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns across all active projects




Campaign strategy — audience building, funnel design, creative briefing, A/B testing, scaling, and killing underperformers
Weekly CPL, qualification rate, and site visit conversion reporting — submitted every Monday before the management meeting, without being asked
Lead quality feedback loop — sitting with the sales team weekly to understand which leads are converting and which are not, and adjusting campaigns accordingly
Portal management — Housing.com, Magic Bricks, 99acres — optimising listings for qualified inbound
WhatsApp campaign execution for warm and NRI lead segments
Retargeting strategies for old and uncontacted lead pools
Budget management — daily spend monitoring, weekly reconciliation, monthly P&L; per campaign
