Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Business Development Consultant working the US night shift. The consultant will identify and qualify prospective learners and partners, manage inbound and outbound leads,



and conduct consultative sales conversations to understand needs and recommend Bhanzu’s learning solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, delivering product presentations or demos virtually, and guiding potential customers through the enrollment process. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and ensure a smooth learner experience. The consultant will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular updates and insights on market trends and customer feedback.
