About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team targets
Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategy
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management
Set sales targets, KPIs,
and conduct regular performance reviews for the team
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
