Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist based in India, with a mix of office-based work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on clinical trial partnerships and collaborations that support Atlas’s research initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, analyzing trends,



and engaging prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings. The role involves building and maintaining solid relationships with private practices, providing responsive customer service, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support. The specialist will also prepare proposals, track performance metrics, and contribute to strategic planning to expand Atlas’s presence and impact.
