- Candidate must have sound experience in Shipping/Logistics/Custom Broking Industry.n
- Establish long-lasting, trusting connections by communicating professionally and empathetically with the clientsn
- Use the appropriate methods and tools to provide information that is accurate, comprehensive, and thoroughn
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the timeframes specified, and follow up to ensure resolutionn
- Having relevant knowledge of export shipments procedure, Custom Broking operations, LCL/FCL/VGM, etc.n
- Should depict exceptional skills in coordination with field Operations staff, Customers, and Communication with Shipping Lines.n
- Must possess sound knowledge of the entire export shipment cycle from order confirmation to shipment reached the destination.n
- Oversee the complete shipment cycle for assigned shippers.n
- Ability to plan and schedule the daily activities, Coordinate Delivery Orders
