Role Description The Legal Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Legal Executive will review, draft, and finalize a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and property-related documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. This role involves providing legal advice to internal stakeholders,



supporting business transactions, and coordinating with external counsel when needed. The Legal Executive will manage conveyancing activities, maintain accurate legal records, and assist with due diligence on properties and other assets. The position also includes monitoring regulatory changes, mitigating legal risks, and supporting cross-functional teams with clear, practical legal guidance.
Qualifications
Robust foundation in Law with the ability to interpret and apply relevant statutes and regulations.
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
Experience providing clear, actionable Legal Advice to business teams and leadership.
Knowledge of Property Law and hands-on experience in Conveyancing and related documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); LL.M or specialized certifications in corporate or property law are an advantage.
