We are looking for a commercially strong and technically fluent Platform Growth & Ecosystem Activation Lead to help turn our platform capabilities and integrations into active participation, lasting customer value, and measurable revenue.

This is a high-impact role working closely with the Founder and cross-functional teams across commercial growth, partnerships, enterprise accounts, product, technology, data, operations, finance, and marketing.

The Role
As the Platform Growth & Ecosystem Activation Lead, you will own the commercial lifecycle from partnership development and platform distribution through acquisition, onboarding,



activation, retention, expansion, and revenue growth.

You will build relationships with software platforms, networks, associations, enterprise customers, and other organizations that can introduce relevant responders at scale.

This role is approximately 70% commercial and 30% technical, meaning you should be comfortable leading business conversations involving APIs, integrations, workflows, permissions, and data flows without being expected to write code or own engineering delivery.
