• Establish user stories and backlog items, and prepare test specifications utilizing agile methodology
• Prepare key implementation deliverables business requirements documentation, functional specification document and test strategy document • Organize and execute functional tests as well as integration tests within and across functional areas
• Articulate the solution as part of the enterprise from a business perspective
• Proven track record of delivering strategy and transformation engagements for global banking clients.
• Deep expertise in Retail, Corporate, or Commercial Banking.
• Experience in one or more of the following domains:
• Product & Pricing Strategy • Rates & Fees Management




• Billing & Revenue Optimization

Requirements
Must Have:
• Bachelor’s degree (relevant experience can alternatively be considered) in Computer Science, Finance, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Functional consulting in the Banking industry
• Data analytical skills; ability to analyze and triage new configuration requests on the client's application
• Broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes, and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance within the banking and financial services domain
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizatio
