* Lead the overall digital media strategy and planning across brands, ensuring
alignment with marketing priorities, brand objectives and business goals.

* Own full-funnel digital media planning across awareness, consideration,
traffic, retargeting, conversion and e-commerce-led campaigns.

* Lead media planning and execution across key platforms including Meta,
Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, DV360, Programmatic, marketplace media, Amazon
Marketing Services/AMS and other emerging digital ecosystems.

* Develop integrated digital media plans that balance brand-building,
mid-funnel engagement, performance marketing and business growth.

* Lead AMS strategy and execution in partnership with e-commerce, marketplace
and agency teams to drive visibility, traffic, search ranking, product
consideration and sales performance on Amazon.

* Drive marketplace media strategy across Amazon and other e-commerce
platforms, ensuring strong campaign integration with product priorities,
seasonal moments, recent launches and business objectives.

* Plan and optimize AMS campaigns across Sponsored Products,



Sponsored Brands,
Sponsored Brands Video, display, retargeting and other relevant Amazon
advertising formats.

* Manage large-scale digital media budgets and ensure efficient allocation
across platforms, funnels, brands and campaigns to maximize reach,
engagement, traffic, ROI and media effectiveness.

* Lead end-to-end campaign management including media strategy, budgeting,
deployment, audience planning, optimization, reporting, performance analysis
and post-campaign learning.

* Build strong audience strategies using first-party data, platform data, CRM
inputs, retargeting pools, lookalikes, interest cohorts and marketplace
signals.

* Drive performance marketing initiatives with a focus on traffic acquisition,
retargeting, conversion optimization, e-commerce growth and measurable
business outcomes.
