Role Description The Manager Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned region by identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts,



and building long-term relationships with corporate and institutional customers. Daily activities include meeting prospective clients, presenting product solutions, preparing commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely order closure. The Manager Sales will collaborate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and customer support, track sales performance against targets, and provide regular market and competitor insights. The role also involves strategic planning for territory development, participation in customer events or trade shows, and maintaining accurate documentation in CRM or other sales tools.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales or corporate sales, preferably in building products, automation, industrial solutions, or related sectors.
Strong skills in lead generation, prospect qualification, and account management, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet sales targets.
