Position : SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant

• Own and govern the SAP PM portfolio of incidents, service requests, problems, enhancements, and change requests, balancing business criticality, capacity, risk, dependencies, and agreed SLAs.
• Configure and support preventive, corrective, breakdown, and emergency maintenance, including notifications, orders, planning, execution, TECO, and settlement
• Manage PM master data and controls, including equipment, functional locations, work centres, BOMs, task lists, maintenance plans, strategies, measuring points, and counters
• Lead business workshops and translate requirements into fit-to-standard designs, solution options, functional specifications, configurations, test scenarios, and transparent recommendations, while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, controls, and SAP standards.
• Plan, govern, and assure SIT, UAT, cutover, release, hypercare, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer, including readiness reviews, defect triage, business sign-offs,



and post implementation stabilisation.
• Lead cross-functional solution alignment across MM, FI/CO, PP, QM, PS, ABAP, interfaces, batch jobs, and external maintenance applications, resolving design dependencies, integration risks, and ownership gaps.
• Lead root-cause analysis, proactive monitoring, control compliance, problem management, and continuous improvement to reduce repeat issues and downtime. Coach functional team members, review deliverable quality, strengthen knowledge assets, and drive sustainable capability development.
Hands-on SAP PM/EAM consulting, with demonstrable responsibility for leading functional workstreams, complex solution delivery, and production support.
• Strong functional and configuration expertise across PM master data, maintenance processing, planning, scheduling, costing, and settlement
• Proven SAP PM delivery experience across AMS and at least two implementation, rollout, upgrade
